Olaplex Back Bar No. 2 Bond Perfector.
Directions of Use:
1. Apply a generous amount from roots to ends on towel-dried hair. Use once a week between chemical services to strengthen hair. Comb through once. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes or more. For damaged hair, repeat without rinsing.
2. Rinse from hair. Shampoo and condition.

Can u just use step 2 and 3 of olaplex and skip step 1 if you dont bleach your hair
yes. Step 3 is just a take home to use in shower. Olaplex step 2 can be used as a hair treatment.
