WHAT IT IS
Kenra Color Pre-Pigment Coloring Crème is for use in color corrective services. It is formulated to mix with water to replace underlying pigments prior to Kenra Color Permanent or Demi-Permanent coloring.
WHAT IT DOES
• Gently fills the hair with the missing respective natural underlying pigment due to prior lightening and/or environmental color fade
• Great pre-treatment for faded base shades due to environmental stress
• Delivers rich, long lasting color results in a gentle cream base formula
• Ammonia-free
WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW
• Kenra Color Pre-Pigment Red: when coloring with all red or violet shades and when coloring back using dark natural shades (levels 1-3)
How To
• Standard mixing ratio is 1 part Pre-Pigment Coloring Crème plus 1 part water (1:1)
• Process 10 minutes at room temperature
• Towel blot excess color from hair
• Apply desired color mixture over pre-pigments
• Kenra Color Pre-Pigment Copper: when coloring with all copper shades and when coloring back using medium natural shades (levels 3-6)
• Kenra Color Pre-Pigment Gold: when coloring with all golden shades and when coloring back using light natural shades (levels 6-8)

Refunds may be obtained within 60 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (see here), in its original new condition and original packaging. This policy excludes all nail colors, shampoos, hair color, cosmetics, and perfumes. THESE SALES ARE FINAL. These restrictions are due to product control and health regulations. Fashion And Beauty Store.com will not accept any returns/ exchanges after 60 days or purchase.
Return procedure: All returns must be approved in advance, by us via email or phone, within 60 days of product being received. You will receive a return authorization number and address with 24 hours.
ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 15% FEE TO COVER RESTOCKING. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN#).
