HOW TO USE:
• PM: Before going to bed, spread a quarter‐sized amount of PM Overnight Treatment to palms and work throughout dry hair, focus mid‐lengths to ends.

What if I don’t wash in the AM? PM and AM do not have to be used at night and in the morning, respectively. You can apply to dry hair on your wash day and place hair in a protective style (bun, ponytail, braid, etc.), leave in all day and wash & style as usual in the evening. You can also apply as soon as you get home, go through your evening and wash and style as usual. What if I wash my hair at night?

The important things to remember:
• PM must be left of for at least 4 hours for most benefit to be seen. So, for example, if you wash your hair at night, you can always put it in your hair before dinner and wash it out in the late evening
• PM is not designed to be used when heat‐styling, so ensure that you have appropriate hair plans while it is in your hair if you will not be using it overnight. Buns and Braids are quick, cute ways to wear your hair while you are treating it with PM.
• AM can be used on damp, freshly‐washed hair any time of day!
Do I have to use a flatiron? This system is especially designed for those that like to wear their hair straight & currently use a flatiron to style. What if I just use one product & not the system? You can absolutely use the AM or PM products on their own to achieve smooth hair. Just like with a shampoo & conditioner system, you can only buy 1, but if you want the best results, we recommend using them together!
